How can an umpire call a 'no ball' to a fast bowler?

especially when he is standing so far back from the wicket and popping crease and at the same time concentrating on many other things eg. batsmen, fielders etc?

Well hopefully the square leg umpire helps with fielders in particular. It is a very tricky job to concentrate for that amount of time and change focus to different things so quickly.

Front foot no-ball is pretty easy because if you can see white line behind the foot, then clearly the bowler can have no part of their foot behind the line, hence it is a no-ball. The trick is to look up in time to see where the ball pitches and is heading, whether the batsman nicks it etc.
